First of all, thank you for your love and honesty in adopting these homeless babies.Before you adopt, please make sure you have the following:
1. The adopter must have a stable job and residence
2. before adoption must ensure that the family agrees
3. Without the consent of the salvor, it shall not pansfer the goods to others or abandon them
